Current Vacancies
Responsibilities:
Support of the company's contractual work: rolling stock lease agreements, feasibility studies, supply of repair services, general business contracts;
Verification of counterparties for trustworthiness (including the presence of enforcement proceedings and court disputes);
Monitoring the need to obtain permission from government agencies to make transactions, obtaining permits if necessary;
Corporate support of the company's activities: registration/re-registration of an LLP, registration of corporate resolutions, development and implementation of necessary local regulations;
Migration support: obtaining/extending a temporary residence permit for foreign workers, monitoring the submission of arrival notifications;
Support of labor law issues;
Conducting claim work with counterparties;
Interaction with government agencies: preparation of responses to requests, monitoring of inspections;
Interaction with notaries;
Preparation of analytical reports on the legal issues of the company's activities.
Requirements:
Higher legal education;
Professional experience of at least 3 years. Work experience in the field of freight rail transport is preferable.;
Strong knowledge of the civil and migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, knowledge of the judicial process. Experience working with lease agreements and feasibility studies, supplies. Knowledge of customs law is an advantage;
Experience working with government regulatory authorities (revenue department, customs authorities) in the framework of scheduled/unscheduled inspections;
Strong knowledge of corporate law, experience in registering/re-registering an LLP;
Personal qualities: high level of personal responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail, ability to work effectively with a large number of tasks in a limited time.
Conditions:
Official employment under the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Salary: take-home salary 1400−1800 $ / month after tax deduction depending on the experience and skills of the candidate;
Schedule 5/2 (9.30−18.30) Saturday, Sunday — days off;
Trial period — 3 months;
The probation period is 3 months;

Responsibilities:
Office maintenance;
Receiving, sending, registering incoming/outgoing correspondence, checking documents (working in 1C and Excel);
Preparation and execution of documents (contracts, specifications, commercial proposals, etc.);
Ordering and distributing supplies (stationery, water, etc.);Meeting office guests, preparing a meeting room;
Interaction with courier services, transport companies, and express delivery services;
Organization of staff business trips: purchase and booking of tickets, hotels, accounting documents;
Execution of orders from the Supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher education (we also consider final-year university students);
Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
A confident PC user (MS Office);
Attentiveness, sociability, responsibility, accuracy, knowledge of business etiquette;
Knowledge of the Russian language is mandatory (good oral and written communication);
Great desire to learn and develop, interest in career growth.
